What is the return policy?
We Get It - You Need to Experience It. Ritual is personal. Sometimes a scent or texture just doesn’t resonate the way you hoped. We want you to feel supported, not stuck.
Eligibility- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. - Lightly tested products (opened but mostly unused) are okay for return. - Products must be returned with most of the contents remaining and the original packaging.
Not Eligible- Items that are mostly used - Custom or limited‑edition items - Digital downloads or gift cards.
If Something Arrives Damaged or Incorrect - Contact us within 7 days with photos and we’ll replace it or refund you right away.
How to Start a Return - Email sahanaessentialsco@gmail.com with:- Your order number - The item(s) you’d like to return - A quick note about why it didn’t work for you.
We’ll reply with next steps within 1–2 business days.
Refunds - Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.
Exchanges - If you’d prefer to try something else, we’re happy to help you find the right match for your ritual.
Shipping Costs - Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Original shipping fees are non‑refundable.
Are any purchases final sale?
Most of our products are return‑friendly because we want you to feel confident exploring new scents and rituals.
However, a few items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom‑blended or personalized products
- Limited‑edition or seasonal releases - Digital downloads or gift cards
- Items marked as “Final Sale” at checkout
We keep this list intentionally small so you can shop with ease while we maintain the integrity of our handcrafted, small‑batch offerings.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
All of our essential oil blends, milk baths, and loose‑leaf teas are handcrafted in‑house in small batches. Every product is blended, bottled, and packaged by us with intention, care, and a deep respect for the rituals they’re meant to support.We source our botanicals, oils, and raw ingredients from trusted growers and distillers around the world.
Each supplier is chosen for their quality, ethical practices, and alignment with our standards for purity and sustainability. Once these ingredients arrive in our studio, we transform them into the final products you receive - thoughtfully formulated and made by hand.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
